How to adjust the throttle position sensor?

The adjustment steps are as follows:

1. First, we need to find the signal line of the throttle position sensor to see if the voltage is normal (it should be between 0.4v and 0.8v when the ignition switch is turned on). If not, we should adjust the throttle position sensor.

2. Loosen the screw with a suitable wrench, and then the throttle position sensor can shake. This is to shake the throttle position sensor when measuring with a multimeter until the signal voltage is within the specified range. Press the throttle position sensor with one hand and tighten the screw with the other.

3. After adjustment, one side should be measured to ensure safety. Note that the throttle cable cannot be moved when adjusting the throttle position sensor, otherwise the adjustment will be inaccurate.
