The national "three guarantees" policy does not clearly stipulate the connection between 4S shop maintenance and "three guarantees" service. The "Three Guarantees" policy stipulates that as long as the maintenance is carried out according to the manufacturer's regulations, the warranty will not be lifted, and all quality problems arising during the "Three Guarantees" period can enjoy the "Three Guarantees" service.

Therefore, no matter where it is maintained, it will not pose a threat to our due "three guarantees" rights.

Generally speaking, some parts are broken, but these parts have nothing to do with maintenance and can also enjoy the "three guarantees" service.

The reality is that when your engine is broken, but the maintenance during the warranty period is done elsewhere, not in the 4S shop, then our three-guarantee service requirements are somewhat troublesome.

Add the following items, which are not limited by three guarantees, but pay maintenance fees:

(a) consumers are damaged by improper use, maintenance and storage;

(2) Damage caused by disassembly by maintenance personnel who are not responsible for three guarantees;

(3) No three-guarantee certificate and valid invoice;

(four) the model of the "three guarantees" certificate is inconsistent with or altered from the model of the repaired product;
