Why is frostbite rather than frostbite in cold dew and windy weather?

When chilling injury occurs, the temperature is above 0℃, and crops are hurt; Cold injury refers to the low temperature of crops above 10℃ in warm period. From the occurrence season, freezing injury occurs in cold winter; Cold damage occurs in the cold damage period under warm climate conditions; Cold damage occurs in warm seasons.
