How to adjust the valve of freight car

The valve adjustment of the van needs to be divided into two parts, namely, the intake valve and exhaust valve of the first cylinder, the second cylinder and the third cylinder for adjusting the top dead center of the first cylinder, and the intake valve and exhaust valve of the fourth cylinder, the third cylinder and the second cylinder for adjusting the bottom dead center of the first cylinder. The intake valve clearance is 0.2-0.25mm, and the exhaust valve clearance is 0.25-0.3mm. The specific operation steps are as follows:

First, turn the crankshaft.

Second, until the top dead center of the first cylinder.

Third, insert the feeler gauge.

Fourth, loosen the locking screw.

5. Adjust with a screwdriver.
