What is the reason for the natural increase of the idle speed of Iveco engine?

Reasons for high idle speed of Iveco engine: 1. When the engine water temperature is low, the air conditioner is turned on, and the engine voltage is low, ECU programming should appropriately increase the idle speed. Under this normal condition, if the engine water temperature is normal and the engine idle speed is high without turning on the air conditioner, it indicates that the system is faulty, which may be an electronic control system or a mechanical system. 2. In case of high idle speed caused by mechanical failure, be sure to check whether the air intake pipe leaks and the vacuum tube falls off and is damaged, because the air intake of the engine is very small at idle speed, and if air leaks, it will cause high idle speed; 3. After cleaning the throttle body and idle speed control valve, the idle speed may be high after starting, which will give the computer a learning process, because the engine idle speed will drop after the throttle body and idle speed control valve are dirty; 4. In order to stabilize the idle speed, ECU will control the opening of the idle speed control valve or throttle to increase the intake air, thus stabilizing the idle speed.
