When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the suction force is generated, the needle valve is sucked up, the nozzle hole is opened, and the fuel is ejected at high speed through the annular gap between the shaft pin at the head of the needle valve and the nozzle hole, forming mist, which is beneficial to full combustion.

The injector itself is a normally closed valve (normally closed valve means that the valve is always closed when there is no control signal input; Normally open valve means that when there is no control signal input, the valve is always open, and the valve needle moves up and down to control the opening and closing of the valve.

Importance of nozzle cleaning

The working quality of injector plays a particularly important role in the output power of each diesel engine. Because the quality of gasoline and diesel oil is not very good, the injector works abnormally, which leads to serious carbon deposition in the cylinder. Accelerated damage of cylinder liner and engine piston will lead to idling flameout, increased fuel consumption, weak instantaneous speed, difficult start-up and excessive pollution discharge, which will seriously block the fuel nozzle and destroy the diesel engine.
