Their purpose is to provide vacuum for one side of the working pump membrane, and the other side is communicated with the atmosphere, so that the pump membrane drives the push rod to move forward under the pressure of the atmosphere, thus playing a role in boosting.

There is a vacuum booster pump that needs vacuum in the braking system. Some variable inlet technologies require vacuum control. Some cruise systems require vacuum control. Vacuum is needed to remove fuel vapor from activated carbon tank. Crankcase ventilation system needs vacuum. Some air conditioning systems need vacuum to switch air ducts.

The vacuum tank is actually a sealed tank. Connect the vacuum tube to the intake pipe of the engine. When the car uses vacuum, you can take out a vacuum source from this vacuum tank.
