Why do rockets launch in autumn and winter?

It is necessary for TT&C network to manage spacecraft.

This network consists of several ground monitoring stations,

And four Roy ocean-going space survey vessels,

These four survey vessels are distributed in the designated waters of the Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean and Atlantic Ocean.

Three of them are located in the southern hemisphere with relatively high latitudes.

The sea conditions there are better in the southern hemisphere in spring and summer.

Autumn and winter are not good,

To this end, the launch timing of the rocket spacecraft has to be chosen in the autumn and winter seasons opposite to the southern hemisphere.
