Brief introduction of electronic throttle component terminal

The throttle direct-acting idle speed control system is mainly composed of throttle position sensor, idle throttle position sensor, idle switch and actuator (idle DC motor) and a set of gear transmission mechanism, which is its internal circuit diagram. Both throttle position sensor and idle throttle position sensor are composed of a double-track carbon film resistor and contacts sliding on it. In addition, there is a double gear on the throttle body, which consists of a coaxial big gear and a small gear. The pinion coaxial with the idle DC motor meshes with the big gear in the duplex gear, and the sector gear is coaxial with the throttle and meshes with the big gear in the duplex gear. When the driver steps on the accelerator pedal, the idle switch is turned off, and the engine ECU judges the working condition of the engine according to the input signal of the accelerator position sensor, and controls fuel injection and ignition. When the driver does not step on the accelerator, the throttle valve is closed under the action of the return spring, and the idle switch is closed. The ECU of the engine knows that the engine is idling when it receives the signal that the idle switch is turned off, and controls the action of the DC motor according to the signal of the idle throttle position sensor and the signal of the crankshaft position sensor. The rotation speed of the motor is transmitted to the throttle through the pinion, the double gear and the sector gear, so that it can be opened at a corresponding angle, and the idle speed can reach the optimal value.
