Cylinder-by-cylinder adjustment method According to the ignition sequence of cylinders, after the piston of a cylinder compresses the top dead center position, the gap between the intake valve and the exhaust valve of the cylinder can be adjusted, and then the crankshaft is rotated, and the valve gaps of other cylinders can be gradually adjusted according to this method; 2. Turn the crankshaft twice so that the piston of the first cylinder is at compression top dead center. The flywheel mark is aligned with the inspection hole marking. At this time, adjustable valves 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 and 9 refer to the sequence of engine valves from front to back; 3. Then turn the crankshaft once, so that the six-cylinder piston is at the top dead center of the compression stroke, and then adjust the "plus two" of 3, 6, 7 and 10, that is,1,12 valves. This is actually a memory method. When adjusting, it is advisable to insert the adjusting screw, pull it back and forth between the valve stem end and the rocker arm with a thickness gauge, and then check it again until it is suitable.
