Why do you have a fever?

Chinese medicine believes that there are many kinds of fever, but the fever for different reasons and at different times is different.

There is a kind of fever, which has an obvious feature, that is, it is punctual, neither early nor late, and usually appears on time at five or six o'clock in the evening (it may also be accompanied by symptoms such as low back pain, general fatigue, nocturnal emission and night sweats), and slowly recedes after sleeping at night. The temperature was taken the next morning, and everything was normal, so some Chinese doctors called it one-yuan fever.

However, why do some people have a fever in the hospital regularly at this time of day? What kind of secret is hidden in this?

According to the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine, at five or six o'clock in the evening, it is the time when qi and blood flow into the kidney meridian. At this time, there is regular fever, which is generally related to the kidneys. Kidney deficiency (mainly kidney yin deficiency) leads to fever when qi and blood are vigorous, so it is also called kidney deficiency fever.

In daily life, there are four types of people who are prone to kidney deficiency and fever: first, the kidney deficiency is often more serious in the elderly whose renal function declines with age, especially in the elderly who are in poor health or often sick; Second, people who work long hours, have great intensity and are tired for a long time. Including mental workers and manual workers, overdraft physical strength is easy to kidney deficiency; Third, newlyweds are prone to kidney deficiency because they consume sperm and hurt their kidneys; Fourth, adolescent children, mainly boys, will have kidney yin deficiency and cause fever.

By studying the previous medical records and summarizing clinical practice, it is found that fever of kidney deficiency type is generally low fever. But low-grade fever does not mean that the problem is not serious or the disease is early; On the contrary, low fever, especially long-term low fever, is a manifestation of kidney qi injury, indicating that the loss of qi and blood has been quite serious.

In fact, human fever is the process of struggle between healthy qi and evil spirits in the body. A high fever means that the body is still full of qi and blood, and the fighting capacity is still very strong. The war between righteousness and evil is very fierce. If the body is inherently deficient in qi and blood, weak in constitution, deficient in vital energy and strong in evil, and the strength is different, it can only cause a low fever.

Therefore, under normal circumstances, high fever generally occurs in children with strong qi and blood, while when adults are sick, high fever rarely occurs. Why?

Because children don't have serious work and life pressure and rarely stay up late, they don't lose too much blood except illness. Adults who live in a fiercely competitive environment have overdrawn their health and consumed a lot of qi and blood. They lack confidence and capital. Not enough. I can't burn it if I want to.
