How to clean carbon deposit on motorcycle valve

There are three ways to remove carbon deposits on motorcycles:

1, the traditional disassembly method is to clean carbon deposits: the intake system (throttle valve, intake port, valve, fuel injector and air sensor), combustion system (combustion chamber, piston, piston ring, spark plug and fuel injector) and exhaust system (exhaust valve, oxygen sensor, exhaust port and three-way catalytic cracking) of the engine are disassembled, and only a part of them can be cleaned, while others cannot be cleaned manually.

2. Chemical agents for removing carbon deposits are classified as throttle, air inlet, combustion chamber, fuel injector and three-way catalytic cracking, and there are many methods.

For example, the spray for cleaning the throttle, the bottle for cleaning the combustion chamber and the cleaning liquid for cleaning the fuel nozzle must be added to the fuel supply system. Most chemicals not only corrode engine metal materials, but also block and corrode three-way catalytic cracking. The most terrible chemicals contain lipids, ethers, strong acids and alkalis, sodium salts and other chemical components.

3. Hydrogen-oxygen decarbonization is an energy equipment that uses water as fuel, electrolyzes water to produce a small molecular active mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, and uses hydrogen as fuel and oxygen as fuel. The hydrogen-oxygen small molecule active mixture has good catalytic combustion characteristics, and the flame produced by the hydrogen-oxygen small molecule active mixture is called hydrogen-oxygen flame.
