How to disassemble Haval h6 supercharger?

Before disassembly, mark the corresponding positions between compressor casing and turbine casing and between turbine casing and bearing body. When disassembling, it is allowed to knock evenly around the shell with a wooden hammer and a copper bar. After removing the housing, check whether the compressor impeller is damaged.

Disassembly steps of turbocharger:

1) Disconnect the negative connection of the battery. Drain the coolant and remove the air filter.

2) Remove the clamp between the air flow meter and the air inlet of the turbocharger, and then remove the air inlet pipe. Cover the open ends of the air flow meter and turbocharger.

3) Loosen the clamp of turbocharger and exhaust hose, and the clamp of intake and intake hose of throttle body. Remove the turbocharger-throttle body hose and plug each open end.

4) Remove the nut connecting the turbocharger with the middle exhaust hose and the nut connecting the front exhaust pipe with the turbocharger.

5) Remove and plug the coolant nozzle.

6) Remove the bolt fixing the oil supply pipe to the turbocharger, remove the clamp connecting the turbocharger and the oil return arm, and remove the oil return hose.

7) Remove the turbocharger from the exhaust pipe. Note: Disconnect the oil return hose when removing the turbocharger.
