Become a calendar mouse

A new year has begun. How nice it is to make a beautiful calendar by yourself. You can use it for yourself or give it to your friends! In fact, you don't need too complicated software. Novices can also make their own calendars with Word 2003, which we are most familiar with. The specific operation is as follows.

I. enter the calendar wizard template

(1) Click the File > New command, and select the Native Template option in the New Document task window on the right.

(2) Open the template dialog box, click the other documents tab, select the calendar wizard option, and click OK, as shown in figure 1.

(3) Pop up the calendar wizard template and select the style and direction you want. Select a beautiful style here, and then click the Next button, as shown in Figure 2.

(4) Choose the direction of the calendar and whether to reserve space for the picture. Select the "Horizontal" and "Yes" radio buttons here, and then click the "Next" button, as shown in Figure 3.

(5) Select the date range to be printed and whether to print the lunar calendar and solar terms. After selection, as shown in Figure 4, click the "Finish" button.

Second, insert pictures and wordart.

The result automatically generated by the software is black and white, which is not satisfactory. Further research is needed in the evening. You can add beautiful pictures and auspicious wishes.

(1) Delete the original picture, and then click the "Insert Picture > From File" command to insert a favorite picture, as shown in Figure 6.

(2) Insert artistic fonts. Click Insert > Picture > WordArt to open the WordArt dialog box. After selecting the desired style, click OK, as shown in Figure 7.

(3) The "Edit WordArt" text dialog box pops up, enter the greeting, set the font and font size, and then click "OK", as shown in Figure 8.

(4) At this time, the pictures and wordart in Word, as shown in Figure 9, have not achieved satisfactory results and need to be adjusted in position and size.

(5) Adjust the size of the picture and the position and size of the wordart, and then click "3D Settings" in the drawing toolbar to add a three-dimensional effect to the greeting, as shown in figure 10.

(6) Set the month/"Sunday/Saturday" and New Year's Day in the calendar on the right to red, and the final effect will be as shown in the figure. The rest of the months are set as above, and will not be repeated here. In other months, you can insert family photos or your favorite pictures and add other greetings, as shown in figure 1 1.

Third, print the calendar.

Click file > on the menu bar. Print preview "command, if the preview effect is not satisfactory, you can continue to adjust until you are satisfied. Finally print.

It is recommended to choose waterproof digital photo paper or ordinary A4 paper with good quality for printing paper, and then press it after printing. So it can be given as a gift to friends and family!
