1. In general, the throttle needs to be cleaned every 30,000 kilometers, depending on the severity of dust in the driving environment. It can be cleaned under normal circumstances.

(1) Apply a little grease to the fixed metal ring to prevent the teeth from slipping during disassembly. Remove the metal wire harness ring of the throttle hose. After the hose is removed, the left end is the position of the throttle. Remove the negative electrode of the battery, turn off the ignition switch, straighten the throttle plate, spray a small amount of "carburetor cleaner" into the throttle, and then carefully scrub it with polyester rag or high-spin "non-woven fabric". Deep in the throttle, you can hold the rag and scrub it carefully where your hands can't reach it.

(2) When cleaning the throttle valve, it is not necessary to disassemble it, but the sealing part of the inlet steam must be cleaned. Idling motor can only be cleaned after disassembly. Nozzle borrowing and disassembly and cleaning have their own advantages and disadvantages. General maintenance stations suggest that it is not necessary to disassemble and clean, so as to prevent other unnecessary waste, such as replacing the sealing ring or installing other gaskets after disassembly, or delaying the owner's time due to oil leakage during disassembly.
