When is Bingzi?

In the traditional calendar of China, the13rd year of a cycle is called "the year of the third year". In the following lunar year, the number of years is divided by more than 60 16, or the number of years is subtracted by 3, and the remainder is divided by 10 to be 3, and the remainder is divided by 12 to be 1. The year from the first day of the first month of that year to New Year's Eve of the following year is the "third year".
