The adjustment method of argon pressure in argon arc welding is to reduce the pressure at the valve.

The current is controlled between 80~ 140, which is determined according to the plate thickness or wall thickness.

Generally speaking, gas refers to the flow rate, and rarely talks about pressure. As long as the pressure in the bottle is not lower than 0.5MPa, the flow rate is generally 10~ 15L/Min. Specifically:

1 mm: 60A air pressure 7 liters/min.

1.2mm: 65A air pressure 8L/ min.

1.5mm :70-75A air pressure 10L/min.

2mm:75-85A air pressure 12- 15L/min
