Disassemble the throttle, buy a bucket of cleaning agent, spray dirty things on the throttle, clean it with clean gauze and install it. The whole cleaning process is simple, but you can't clean it yourself. Because after cleaning the throttle, the idle speed of the car will be high, which will consume fuel.
