Yes Millennium refers to the phenomenon that the weather gets cold in autumn and the water vapor on the ground condenses into dew. In the evening or early morning, the water vapor in the air will condense into water droplets due to the temperature drop, and attach to the surface of objects to form dew. Therefore, the Millennium night is often exposed, especially in areas with relatively humid weather. This is one of the reasons why there is obvious water drop or moist feeling on the grass leaves in the Millennium.
