Then punch a hole directly above the plate with a puncher, put on a red ribbon and tie the knots at both ends, so that the hanging rope is ready!

Another one is to make tassels! Let's take another piece of red colored paper and fold it in half, then go up along the bottom and cut out regular thin strips (be careful not to cut them completely); In addition, cut a piece of paper about 1cm for later use.

After cutting a whole piece, we put double-sided tape on it, take off the tape and start from right to left? An omelet? La!
