1, check the spark plug and cylinder line. Whether the gap of spark plug meets the original technical standard and whether the resistance value of cylinder wire meets the technical requirements. If not, it needs to be adjusted or replaced.

2. The fuel pressure system needs to be tested. Check the fuel pressure gauge and fuel pressure gauge assembly, and connect the oil pipe and oil gauge. Start the engine and let it run at idle speed. The fuel gauge reading should be between 270 and 320 kPa. If the pressure exceeds the technical specifications, the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter need to be replaced.

3. Check the cylinder nozzle. Let the engine run at idle speed, disconnect the plug of each injector separately, and check whether the idle speed has changed. If the idle speed of each cylinder injector is basically the same when it is disconnected, it means that the injector is working normally. When a nozzle is disconnected, the idle speed and stability of the engine have not changed. It is necessary to measure whether the resistance value of the nozzle blockage is 10~ 13, and replace the nozzle if it does not meet the standard. Of course, check the wires between PGM-FI main relay and plug connection point, and whether the wires between plug connection point and fuel injector are broken.

4. Fuel pump and fuel pump circuit inspection. Inspection of fuel pump: unscrew the fuel tank cover. When the ignition switch is in the on position, you can hear the sound of the fuel pump running at the fuel filler. Under normal working conditions, when the ignition switch is in the on position, the fuel pump should run for 2 seconds. If the fuel pump doesn't work, first check whether the fuel pump is burnt out safely. Check whether there is continuity between PGM-FI main relay and plug terminal.

5. Secondly, check the cylinder pressure, the gap between the intake and exhaust valves, the working condition of the fuel vapor control solenoid valve, whether the EGR valve cylinder and the intake manifold are leaking, and so on. There are many reasons why the engine is unstable.
