Clinical application of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction

Addition and subtraction: if you see qi deficiency, add 60g； of Astragalus membranaceus; For patients with yin deficiency, 20g and 30g of Radix Scrophulariae are added into Radix Rehmanniae; For patients with hyperactivity of liver yang, antelope horn powder 0.3g and Concha Haliotidis 30g are added; If the wind is strong, add 9g of Bombyx Batryticatus and 9 g of Rhizoma Arisaematis; Xiaochengqi decoction is added for patients with excess of fu organs. 14 The patients with hemorrhagic stroke in this group began to take traditional Chinese medicine treatment 3 ~ 7 days after onset, and the basic recovery rate was 78.5%. However, the course of 20 cases of ischemic stroke is longer, and the basic recovery rate is 65%.

2. Vitiligo: The author used Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction to treat vitiligo 128 cases, among which 1 10 cases were cured (the color of the lesions returned to normal), and 18 cases also improved in different degrees, and the curative effect was satisfactory.
