As required, all power outlets should be grounded. However, like TV sets and induction cookers, there is no need to use two plugs to ground the plug. Computers and other electrical appliances can still be used without grounding wire, but there is a very low induced current on the shell, which is safe voltage, and it is not a threat to people and will not cause damage to computers.
