How to remove the pressure regulator of Tiguan L turbocharger?

1. First, lift the vehicle, remove the lower engine guard and drain the coolant.

2. Then loosen the hose clamp of the ventilation pipe, unplug the ventilation pipe and put it aside.

3. Then unscrew the fixing bolts of the front muffler, loosen the bolt connection, push the jacket backward, slightly lower and stagger the front muffler, and fix it with the exhaust pipe with a tie.

4. Then unscrew the nut 2 from the vehicle. In this step, the nut 1 is not unscrewed.

5. Then unscrew the oil return pipe fixing bolt 1, and loosen the bracket fastening bolt 2 for two turns without taking it off.

6. Then lower the vehicle, remove the hood, disconnect the battery negative connection lead, and remove the air cleaner housing.

7. Then take it out from the bracket and disconnect the connector of oxygen sensor 2.

8. Then unscrew the fastening bolt of the crankcase exhaust pipe from the exhaust turbocharger.

9. Finally, disconnect the connector between the supercharger pressure regulator and the turbocharger circulating air valve.
