What is the pipe between the throttle and the cylinder head?

1. The throttle valve is a controllable valve, which is used to control air to enter the engine. After entering the intake pipe, it is mixed with gasoline to form combustible gas mixture, which participates in combustion and does work. Four-stroke gasoline engines are generally like this.

2. Throttle is the most important component in EFI automobile engine system. Its upper part is the air filter, and the lower part is the engine body, which is the throat of the automobile engine. Whether the vehicle accelerates flexibly is closely related to the cleanliness of the throttle.

3. There are two kinds of traditional cables and electronic throttles. The traditional engine throttle control mechanism works through a cable or a pull rod, with one end connected to the throttle pedal and the other end connected to the throttle linkage plate.

4. The main cause of throttle scaling is engine oil vapor, followed by particles and moisture in the air. In other words, using qualified air filter and removing the crankcase ventilation pipe will slow down the scaling speed of throttle valve.

5. How long the throttle will be dirty depends on the quality of the air filter, the brand and quality of the engine oil, the condition of the driving section, the temperature, the working temperature of the engine, driving habits and so on.
