Specific operation method

When that color of the spark plug is white

It shows that the mixture is too thin, so the oil needle should be lowered by one grid and the rich mixture ratio should be increased. The color of the spark plug is black, indicating that the mixture is too rich. You should adjust the needle to dilute the mixture. Another thing depends on the color of the spark plug. The speed is 4000-6000 rpm, and the speed of 40-60 km/h should be about 5 km. You can't catch the clutch in the middle, slide and slow down, and you can't stop and go. When the driving kilometer arrives, put it in neutral immediately, or grab the clutch, turn off the engine and stop for inspection. (Note: If the idle speed is unstable every time the throttle needle height is adjusted, the idle speed and mixture screw should be readjusted. )

When the fuel consumption is too high

It is the throttle needle that should be adjusted, not the mixing ratio screw. One or two squares can effectively control fuel consumption, but there will be phenomena such as insufficient motivation, slow acceleration and high-speed eating. As far as my own experience is concerned, the low-speed power of the brick-burning red spark plug is really average, which is too important for the low-speed acceleration of cars driving in the city, so my cars have turned dark red, so there will be sufficient power output at medium, low and high speeds. In addition, as long as the spark plug burns well, you don't have to care too much about fuel consumption. Too thin mixture will reduce the combustion speed of engine fuel.

When the idle speed is unstable

The mixing screw and idle screw should be adjusted. The method is as follows: firstly, tighten the idle screw, subject to the stability of flameout, and then adjust the mixed gas screw, clockwise for rich, counterclockwise for thin, and rotate left and right. Observe the idle speed to the highest point, then adjust the idle screw to about 1500, then rotate the mixed gas screw in a small range until the idle speed reaches the highest point, and then adjust the idle screw back to about 1500 rpm, and so on for several times until it rotates left and right. Please note that the mixture should be adjusted after preheating for 3-5 minutes.
