Over time, the sludge formed by dust will reduce the sensitivity of the throttle, block the idle passage, pollute the idle valve, and affect the power, acceleration performance and fuel consumption of the engine. The course of cleaning the throttle valve without disassembly is as follows: 1. Put a towel under the throttle valve to prevent the throttle valve cleaning liquid from flowing around. Spray the electronic throttle cleaner on the throttle surface, wait for 3 minutes after spraying, and let the liquid fully decompose the carbon deposit; 2. Since the throttle is an electronic throttle, get on the bus at this time, turn the key and don't start it. Turn on the power. Ask a friend to step on the accelerator to the end. Then aim at the throttle valve and the end face of the shaft for spray cleaning, and wipe the reserved cleaning solution with a towel; 3. Start the engine at this time. It may not be easy to start at this time. You can turn on the gas when you light the fire. Then increase the engine speed to 1200~2000 rpm, and clean the throttle chamber (pay attention to control the engine speed); 4. Turn off the car and turn off the engine; Restore the throttle connecting pipe to its original state, restart the engine, then idle for 3~5 minutes, then accelerate for 2~3 times, and control the speed at 3000r/min. Finally, under the theory of normal installation, the fault code of throttle can be cleared without disassembly and cleaning. If some students have a fault code after cleaning, they can directly unplug the negative battery wire for 30 seconds and then connect it. There is no need to go to the 4S shop.
