1. Adjust the opening and closing time of the on-off valve or pneumatic valve of the filling machine, control the flow rate and velocity, and ensure that each container can get a proper amount of filling materials.

2. For the liquid that is easy to foam, defoaming treatment can be carried out before filling, such as sucking oxygen out of the liquid with a vacuum pump to reduce bubbles in the liquid and ensure the stability of the liquid level.

3. In the filling process, open the air pressure control valve in the liquid storage barrel to make the air pressure in the barrel equal to that in the container, and use the air pressure difference to quickly fill the feed liquid into the container, so that the liquid level naturally rises.
