A BYD speed car. The car can't accelerate when driving. Cause analysis:

1) The fuel pump does not work occasionally or the oil supply pipeline is blocked;

2) The accelerator pedal position sensor and its circuit fault;

3) Electronic throttle and its circuit failure;

4) Engine computer failure;

5) The contact resistance of vehicle grounding wire is too large;

6) Poor line contact/broken line. Maintenance process:

1) is connected to ED400 for detection and trouble-free code storage;

2) Reading the engine data stream, it is found that the accelerator pedal position signal will change with the accelerator pedal position when the fault occurs, but the accelerator opening is always around 3%.

3) Check the throttle valve, and there is no sticking phenomenon; Check the throttle position sensor and throttle actuator circuit, and there is nothing abnormal. After replacing the throttle body assembly and commissioning, the fault still exists.

4) Try to replace the engine control unit, accelerator pedal position sensor, fuel pump, crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor, but the fault has not been eliminated.

5) According to the fault phenomenon of the car, check the circuit diagram and find that the voltage measured at the 33pin of the engine ECM port is always 0 V. Under normal circumstances, it should be 12V when the engine is not braking. The engine control system of United Electronics 1788 has a braking priority control strategy, that is, when the engine control unit receives the braking signal, it will think that the driver has braking intention, and then the engine control unit will limit the engine torque.
