Nissan New Sunshine Throttle

After cleaning the throttle, the idle speed of the vehicle is unstable, such as lower than normal or higher than normal (the standard value of automobile design). It can be understood from the problem that the idle speed is about 670 ("67" should be missing a "0"), and when the headlights are turned on, it will reach 800, that is, the idle speed will rise. For Japanese cars, there are several possibilities:

A, first, you didn't pay attention to the correct way when cleaning (such as power off or not);

When cleaning, for some models, it is recommended not to disassemble and clean, and it is recommended to clean manually under the condition of "no power failure".

B, not properly matched after cleaning;

Some Japanese cars need to be matched after cleaning. The matching of this car model is divided into three steps (matching or learning):

(1) Release the accelerator pedal.

(2) Throttle closed position.

(3) Idle air volume.

?

Accelerator pedal release position

ECU monitors the signal of "accelerator pedal position sensor" to know the position when the accelerator pedal is completely released. Do this after disconnecting the accelerator pedal position sensor or ECM harness or plug.

Specific process:

① Confirm that the accelerator pedal is completely loosened (or loosened).

② Then turn the ignition key (switch) of the car to the "on" position and wait for at least 2 seconds.

③ Then turn the ignition key (switch) to the "OFF" position and wait for at least 10 second.

④ Next, turn the ignition key (switch) to the "on" position and wait for at least 2 seconds.

⑤ Next, turn the ignition key (switch) to the "OFF" position and wait at least 10 second.

Throttle closed position learning

The ECU monitors the signal (output) of the "throttle position sensor" and learns the position when the "throttle" is completely closed. This operation is required when:

This operation is required every time the wiring harness and plug associated with the electronic throttle actuator or ECM are disconnected.

① The "accelerator pedal" of the vehicle is completely loosened or loosened.

② Then turn the vehicle ignition key (switch) to the "on" position and keep it for at least 2 seconds.

③ Turn the vehicle ignition key (switch) to the "OFF" position and wait at least 10 second.

④ During the operation of the above steps, the throttle will have corresponding "action" (you can find it if you listen carefully), and the confirmation time through the "sound" of the throttle action should be kept at 10 second.

⑤ Matching (learning) is completed.

?

Idle air volume

Idle air quantity learning: the idle intake air quantity that keeps the engine speed within the specified range. This operation is required when:

1, the idling condition or ignition timing of the vehicle is not within the specified range;

2. Replace the electronic throttle actuator and ECM components;

The following conditions must be met before learning (at the same time):

① Under normal water temperature (refer to the technical parameters of this model).

② The battery voltage is normal, for example, it is greater than or equal to 12V when idling.

③ The vehicle stops and the transmission has been warmed up (it has been parked for a certain time).

④ Turn off all vehicle loads, such as air conditioning system, lighting system, heating or defrosting, fog and other electrical appliances.

⑤PNP switch: in the "ON" position.

⑥ direction: the middle position of the steering wheel (straight ahead).

Specific steps:

A. First, complete "accelerator pedal release position learning" and "throttle closed position learning".

B, the water temperature in the car reaches the normal standard.

C turn the ignition switch to the off position and wait for at least 10 second;

D, ensure that the accelerator pedal is completely released, turn the ignition switch to the on position, and wait for 3 seconds;

E, quickly repeat the following operations for 5 times within 5 seconds:

(1) Fully depress the accelerator pedal and completely release the accelerator pedal for at least 7 seconds;

(2) Then fully depress the accelerator pedal and keep it in this state for at least 20 seconds until "MIL" stops flashing and it stays on.

(3) When the "MIL" light is on all the time, completely release the accelerator pedal within 3 seconds.

(4) Start the car and run at idle speed for at least 20 seconds or more to complete the study.

For this vehicle, if the idle speed becomes higher after cleaning the throttle, you can also try "manual matching" for reference only:

①? Turn the ignition key to the "on" position for more than 2 seconds.

②? Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position for more than 10 second, repeat the operation for 3 times, and then turn it to the "on" position for at least 3 seconds.

③? Next, press the accelerator pedal five times in a certain rhythm within five seconds, then hold it for at least seven seconds, and then press the accelerator pedal to the bottom for 20 seconds. If the operation is correct, the "engine light" will "flash" and light up after a certain period of time, then release the accelerator pedal and start the vehicle within three seconds. Let it run at idle speed. If the above operation is correct, it can basically return to normal.
