Get into the engine system! Enter the basic settings and enter the channel number 60! Just activate it!

Basic setting method of throttle control unit:

First, the throttle control unit sets basic conditions.

1. Fault-free storage in fault memory (if necessary, check the fault code first, eliminate the fault and clear the fault storage);

2. Turn off the audio and other electrical appliances;

3. Turn off the air conditioner;

4. The coolant temperature is higher than 80℃;

5. The gearbox is in N or P gear;

6. The battery voltage is higher than11v;

7. The throttle cable is adjusted normally;

8. Don't step on the accelerator pedal during the basic setup.

Second, the throttle basic setting steps

1. Turn on the ignition switch and don't start the engine;

2. Select the engine system;

3. Select the basic setting function;

4. Enter the basic channel number (see the table below).

5. Observe the fourth area of the data flow. When "adp.ok" is displayed, the basic setting of the throttle valve is completed.

If the control unit is interrupted during the basic setting process, the throttle body fails, and the possible reasons are as follows:

1, the throttle valve can't reach the idle machine stop position due to dirt, such as carbon deposition or incorrect adjustment of the throttle cable;

2. The battery voltage is too low;

3. The throttle control unit or its wiring is defective.
