What's wrong with the motorcycle not spraying oil?

Motorcycle carburetor or throttle nozzle does not inject oil, which is generally caused by the blockage of carburetor or electric nozzle, improper debugging of carburetor, blockage of air filter, air leakage in intake pipe, air leakage in valve or cylinder gasket, low cylinder pressure and incorrect valve timing. Because there are many possibilities involved, different motorcycles will lead to different reasons for fuel injection failure, so it is necessary to check these possibilities separately, first find the specific reasons for the failure and then repair it as appropriate.

Check whether the air filter, carburetor and electric fuel injector are blocked, whether the gasoline in the fuel tank is sufficient and whether the oil supply is not smooth.

Check whether the gasoline in the fuel tank is sufficient, and whether the gasoline pump, fuel tank switch, gasoline filter and oil pipe are blocked, which will cause poor oil supply and hinder fuel injection. Check whether the air filter element and carburetor or electric fuel injector are blocked, clean or replace the air filter element, and clean the carburetor or throttle nozzle. If it is a carburetor, check the mixing ratio, oil level and oil needle of the carburetor.

Check whether the cylinder pressure is too low, whether the valve, intake pipe and cylinder gasket are leaking, and whether the valve timing is wrong.

Check whether the cylinder block, piston and piston ring are worn, resulting in low cylinder pressure and too small valve clearance, or the valve is not tightly closed due to carbon deposition, wear and ablation, and whether the engine-related hoses, carburetor or EFI valve, secondary air supply system and negative pressure box switch (if any) such as intake pipe are leaking. Check whether there is any problem with the valve timing. If it is an EFI vehicle, check whether the sensors related to the ignition system and their circuits are faulty.
