Haval h2 throttle cleaning

The Great Wall Haval h2 throttle is between the air filter and the cylinder block. The throttle valve is slightly cylindrical, and there is a disk rotating around the axis in the center of the cylinder. With the rotation of the disc, the cross section of air circulation in the cylinder will be controlled, thus controlling the flow of mixed gas.

There will be a plug next to the throttle, which needs to be unplugged before removing the throttle. For vehicles that don't unplug often, the plug may be tight and difficult to unplug. At this time, we can pry around the plug with the help of a small screwdriver, and it will be easy to remove after the whole is loose.

After removing the plug, the next step is to remove the throttle. The throttle is usually fixed with four screws, and the upper two screws are easy to remove. It is recommended to remove the following two difficult screws first. Here we only need to loosen the screws with tools, and then it will be more convenient to remove the screws by hand, but be careful that the screws fall into the engine room.

After removing the four screws, you can remove the throttle, and the exposed pipeline is the air inlet.
