Tighten the screws with a wrench. You can use the upper and lower wrenches to exert force at the same time to completely tighten the screws.

After tightening, open the valve, listen for air leakage, and check whether the barometer is stable. Stability means normality.

Causes of air leakage of air pump valve:

1, the inner wall of the cylinder is scratched. Because some cylinders have no hard oxidation, the inner wall of the cylinder is worn due to too many switching times, which leads to the damage of the piston O-ring and the air leakage inside the cylinder.

2. Air leaks at the upper and lower parts of the cylinder shaft. This is because the cooperation between the shaft and the cylinder is too large, which makes the sealing ring easy to wear. In addition, the machining smoothness of the upper and lower shaft holes of the cylinder is not enough, and the sealing ring is worn and leaked after repeated switching.

3. The exhaust hole of the cylinder leaks air. This is because the air nozzle hole is drilled too deep and directly into the cylinder, which leads to air leakage in the air passage between cylinder A and cylinder B. The blowby in the cylinder will also lead to air leakage in the exhaust hole.

4. The solenoid valve on the cylinder leaks. First, the solenoid valve leaks directly. Second, the position where the solenoid valve is installed on the cylinder is damaged.

5. There is another situation that may make the cylinder leak, that is, the installation hole on the cylinder is too deep, which leads to the communication between the inner hole of the cylinder and the outside world.
