3. Check whether the sealing ring of the float chamber is damaged or deformed, and replace it if necessary.

4. Check whether the main metering hole and foam hole of the main nozzle are blocked. If there is any blockage, fine steel wire with smaller aperture can be used to remove foreign bodies in each hole, then clean it with clean gasoline and blow it with compressed air.

5, check the throttle limit screw and idle speed adjustment screw head wear, and clean.

6. Check the operation flexibility of the choke rocker arm, and observe whether the choke is deformed or twisted, and whether it can be completely closed. If necessary, remove the throttle for correction or replacement.

7. Check the operation flexibility of the throttle valve, observe whether the throttle valve is deformed, whether it is parallel to the axis of the carburetor body when it is fully opened, and remove the throttle valve for correction or replacement if necessary.

8. Finally, blow out the oil passage hole and air passage hole on the carburetor body with compressed air, clean all parts with clean gasoline, wipe them clean, and then assemble and adjust them.
