How to disassemble the Dodge Coolway intake manifold?

Remove the air cleaner air outlet pipe assembly.

① Remove the air cleaner air outlet pipe assembly.

② Unplug the connecting plug of the throttle control unit.

③ Unscrew the fastening bolt of the throttle control unit and remove the throttle control unit.

④ Pull out the vacuum tube 1 connected to the brake booster on the intake manifold, loosen the clamp (arrow) and disconnect the vacuum tube connected to the activated carbon canister on the intake manifold.

⑤ Pull out the connector of the intake manifold pressure sensor, turn the bolt, and remove the intake manifold pressure sensor.

⑥ Unscrew the fixing bolts on the intake manifold bracket.

⑦ Disconnect the wire harness on the intake manifold.

⑧ Unscrew the fixing bolt (arrow) of the air inlet pipe and remove the air inlet pipe together with the gasket.
