How to remove Jiayu throttle

1. Before removing any parts, the negative (-) cable of the vehicle needs to be removed from the vehicle battery.

2. Remove the intake pipe to access the throttle itself. It usually needs to be removed from the air inlet, air cleaner and intake manifold.

3. Remove the connecting wire from the throttle electrical connector.

4. Remove each bolt with a suitable wrench and torque wrench, and remove the throttle valve from the intake manifold.

5. In order to view and clean the throttle valve correctly, it is necessary to disassemble and mark each component carefully. Replace old parts. When reassembling, please use the same procedure, but install the throttle valve and all related parts in reverse order.
