BMW x3 can't do it without refueling after taking power.

The reason why BMW x3 won't go after receiving electricity is:

1. Dirty throttle position sensor or unbalanced voltage will cause electronic throttle failure.

2. Use inferior oil.

3. The throttle sensor is faulty.

4. When the performance of spark plug is degraded or inferior spark plug is used, it will lead to acceleration weakness and acceleration jitter.
