Throttle gap

The notch of the throttle valve is not aligned with the locating pin in the carburetor. Just remove the top cover, realign and install it. Note that there is an inclined plane on the throttle. If you look carefully, there is a small point on the inclined plane, which is pushed out by a screw that has been idle for a long time. Just aim the inclined plane in the direction of the idle screw and install it.
