Engine idling jitter causes sudden noise from the exhaust pipe for the following reasons:

2. There are too many scales on the throttle and the air inlet, and the cross-sectional area of the air passage changes, which causes the control unit to be unable to accurately control the idle intake, which will be the same as the above situation.

3. Incorrect air intake, the control unit receives the wrong air flow sensor signal and gives the wrong instruction, which leads to inaccurate air intake at idle speed, abnormal mixture concentration and abnormal engine combustion, which is the indirect cause of unstable idle speed.

4. Abnormal fuel injector: its own quality failure, or many undesirable phenomena such as blockage, poor sealing, aging of rubber ring caused by foreign objects.

If idling jitter occurs, it is also possible that the throttle valve is too dirty to be cleaned and the engine foot pad may be damaged. The joint between the engine and the frame adopts an organic floor mat, which can absorb the vibration generated when the engine is running.

The machine pad is rubber, which will age and harden when used for a long time. If the machine pad is aged and hardened, the engine will shake when running, and the passengers in the car will feel it.
