How many kinds of old Jetta cable throttles are there?

Normal should be the electronic throttle.

There are two kinds of throttles in cars, one is cable type and the other is electronic type.

1, the traditional engine throttle control mechanism works through a cable (soft steel wire) or a pull rod, one end of the cable is connected with the accelerator pedal, and the other end is connected with the accelerator linkage plate.

2. The electronic throttle mainly uses the throttle position sensor, and the throttle motor controls the opening of the throttle, thus adjusting the air intake. There are four types of electronic throttles: electro-hydraulic type, linear electromagnet type, stepping motor type and DC servo motor type.
