Optimum period of wheat application

The best period of applying pesticide to wheat is seedling stage, after turning green, before jointing stage and full heading stage.

1. Wheat seedling stage

The time is in the middle and late of 1 1 10, which is the key period for weeding. The corresponding herbicides can be selected according to the types of weeds. When there is only one weed in wheat, a single herbicide can be used. When several kinds of weeds appear, such as monocotyledonous weeds and dicotyledonous weeds, several herbicides can be mixed in proportion.

Second, after the wheat turns green to before the jointing stage.

The time is from late February to mid-March. Observe the local weather forecast before spraying, and choose sunny days without rain, snow and strong winds for spraying. The daily average temperature is stable at 6℃ ~ 10℃, so it should be sprayed around 10 in the morning or at 4 pm, that is, it should be sprayed after the dew dries in the morning or before the dew condenses in the evening.

Third, the full heading stage of wheat.

From the end of April to the beginning of May, wheat ears can be sprayed with prothioconazole, tebuconazole, prochloraz and other chemicals, and it needs to be sprayed again 5 ~ 7 days after the first application.

Matters needing attention in wheat planting:

1. Seed treatment: When planting wheat, choose seeds with full grains and excellent varieties, then prepare pesticides according to the proportion of pesticides, then mix the wheat seeds with the prepared pesticides, and finally dry the wheat seeds in a sunny place and turn them every other day.

2. Soil conditions: Wheat is suitable for growing in soil rich in organic matter. When planting wheat, you can choose the ground with high terrain and abundant sunshine, and then apply the decomposed farmyard manure and cake manure into the soil after deep ploughing.

3. Planting: Choose the right time to plant wheat, preferably in spring and autumn every year. When wheat is sown, it can be cultivated by machine or by hand, and watered after sowing.
