What is the European New Year?
Western New Year is our New Year. At present, almost all western calendars are used in the world (including China and other eastern countries), that is, the Gregorian calendar (or "western calendar"), which is based on ancient Rome and julian calendar.
The most influential thing is that Christmas (or "Christmas") is the birthday of Jesus Christ. It is generally believed that Jesus Christ was born in the first year of AD, and the dividing line between BC and AD is the birth of Jesus Christ.
However, the date of Christmas itself is not the real date of birth of Jesus Christ, but it is not specific. Christmas+February 24th in 65438 was determined by later generations-Constantine the Great, the Roman emperor, actually refers to the birthday of Apollo, the sun god in Roman mythology.
