How to Adjust Automobile Electric Horn

The working principle of throwing away the car electric horn.

There are two directions to adjust the electric horn, one is tone and the other is volume.

Adjust the tone

It is realized by the adjusting screw in the front center of the bell mouth in the center of the basin. So as to adjust that air gap between the move iron core and the static iron core.

The larger the gap, the lower the pitch, the smaller the gap and the higher the pitch.

Method:

Loosen the lock nut first, and then adjust it clockwise or counterclockwise with a flat-head screwdriver.

Clockwise rotation reduces the air gap and the tone becomes higher.

Turn counterclockwise to increase the air gap and reduce the tone.

Adjust the sound

Adjust the volume through the adjusting bolt on the back of the horn.

Rotate clockwise and counterclockwise to control the iron core gap to increase the current and decrease the current, thus adjusting the volume.

The method is the same as above:

Turn clockwise to reduce current and volume.

Turn counterclockwise to increase current and increase volume.
