What aspects does rural revitalization include?

Legal analysis: Rural revitalization includes five aspects: rural industry revitalization, rural talents revitalization, rural culture revitalization, rural ecology revitalization and rural organization revitalization. Village refers to a regional complex with natural, social and economic characteristics and multiple functions such as production, life, ecology and culture outside the urban built-up area, including towns and villages.

Article 2 This Law is applicable to the overall implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the promotion of rural industries, talents, culture, ecology and organizations, and the integration of urban and rural development. The term "village" as mentioned in this Law refers to a regional complex with natural, social and economic characteristics and multiple functions such as production, life, ecology and culture, including towns and villages.

Article 3 To promote rural revitalization, we should make overall plans to promote rural economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, ecological civilization construction and party building in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance and affluent life, and give full play to the unique functions of rural areas in ensuring the supply of agricultural products and food security, protecting the ecological environment and inheriting and developing the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
