Production process of offset printing
Step 1: Draft. Just like painting, what kind of painting you want to draw must be conceived before painting. The same is true of printmaking. The first step is molding, which summarizes the image to be drawn into a relatively simple line draft through its own simplicity. Then copy the finished line draft on the disc.
Step 2: Carving. Before engraving, the layout should be coated with a layer of ink, so that the engraving effect can be seen clearly when engraving on the board, because the engraving place is white and the engraving place is black. It should also be noted that the outline edge line of the figure on the board is first portrayed with a triangular carving knife, and then the bright surface is slowly portrayed with a round knife.
Step 3: Ink the printed matter. This step is to apply ink evenly on the layout with an ink roller brush to ensure that all the protruding parts of the layout can be stained with ink, so that there will be no missing printing when printing. Don't let there be too much ink on the page, just make sure it has a thin layer of ink.
Step 4: print. Put the prepared paper flat on the board, and then press it hard with a special printing tool. Take it off, you will get the picture you want, and the printing will be finished.
