How long does this car run? Can the throttle match itself?

When normal driving exceeds 10 km, the throttle can match itself.

After cleaning or replacing the electronic throttle, some models have self-learning function, which can be automatically matched when driving normally 10 km or more. If there is no self-study function, you need to go to a 4S shop or a repair shop to match with a computer program. After cleaning the throttle, remove the negative lead of the battery, and the throttle can be automatically initialized and matched successfully after driving on the road for about 10 km.

Working principle of electronic throttle system

When the driver operates the accelerator pedal, the accelerator pedal position sensor generates a corresponding voltage signal and inputs it into the throttle control unit. The control unit firstly filters the input signal to eliminate the influence of environmental noise, and then analyzes the driver's intention according to the current working mode, pedal movement and change rate.

Calculate the basic demand for engine torque and obtain the corresponding basic expected value of throttle opening. Then it communicates with the vehicle control unit through CAN bus to obtain other working conditions information such as engine speed, gear position, throttle position, air conditioning energy consumption and various sensor signals.

From this, all the torque required by the whole vehicle is calculated, and the optimal opening of the throttle is obtained by compensating the expected throttle angle, and the corresponding voltage signal is sent to the drive circuit module to drive the control motor to make the throttle reach the optimal opening position.
