Nonlinear effects: There are various nonlinear effects in the electronic throttle control system. In addition to the influence of spring nonlinearity, stick-slip friction and backlash nonlinearity, it is also affected by the nonlinear damping force generated by intake air flow and the unstable turbulent resistance moment of intake air flow, which leads to the failure of conventional PID control to accurately set the feedback gain and affect the control accuracy. 3. High cost: ETC system adopts intelligent sensor, quick response actuator, high performance control unit and redundant design, which greatly increases the cost. At present, ETC system is only assembled on high-end cars.
