Difference between electrodeless high-speed motor and shaft-speed motor
1, structural difference. Both the rotor and stator of the electrodeless high-speed motor adopt electromagnetic bearings. The electromagnetic shaft consists of an upper part and a lower part. The upper part is an eight-stage stepless torque adjustable magnetic bearing, and the lower part is a non-contact bearing, which consists of two cylinders and four pistons. However, the rotor and stator of the shaft speed motor maintain a non-contact state through the static pressure of gas or liquid, and realize frictionless rotation.
2. Different working principles. The electrodeless high-speed motor is driven by an electromagnetic bearing, and the momentum of the rotor is balanced with the torque provided by the electromagnetic bearing during high-speed rotation, so that it can run without friction and wear at the rated frequency. The main advantages are high output power and high rotation speed, which can work in low temperature and high vacuum environment and adjust the rotation speed. Axial-flow speed regulating motor uses the principle of static pressure to form static pressure between rotor and stator, so that the rotor can rotate freely in air or liquid, thus realizing power output.
