Is the rainy season high or low? Why? thank you
Meiyu is neither high nor low. This is caused by the meeting of cold and warm air masses. Because the strength of the two air masses is almost the same, neither of them can occupy the position of the other, thus wandering in a certain range, forming a quasi-static front, thus causing a long-term brocade drizzle. Because the appearance of plum rain is generally in the season when plum blossoms are in full bloom, it is called plum rain. In fact, quasi-static fronts will appear in many places, but they are not as special as Meiyu. As for high pressure and low pressure, high pressure is sometimes air-cooled, with small molecular activity range and high density between air molecules, which gather together to form high pressure, that is, due to the accumulation of cold air, the air pressure at this position is higher than that at the same height. Of course, high air pressure will make the air flow outward, so the cold air flow will flow. The air pressure everywhere will naturally be higher than in the early days. Low pressure is the opposite.
